The Master’s degree in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESMAS is a Level 7 qualification registered with the RNCP. This two-year programme trains senior managers at the intersection of operational performance and technological transformation, equipping them to manage the entire value chain (or Supply Chain) of an organisation—from strategic sourcing to final distribution—while integrating tomorrow’s digital tools.
This programme is perfectly suited to managers engaged in the value chain, who seek creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The ESMAS Master MD-AL prepares students to be fully operational from their first professional experience. Courses, conferences, masterclasses, and business games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

Programme objectives
The Master’s degree in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESMAS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following learning outcomes:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain to identify opportunities for optimising flows, from production to the last mile.
Learn to define and deploy procurement strategies, including supplier portfolio segmentation and risk management (geopolitical risks, shortages, price fluctuations).
Integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development considerations into procurement and logistics practices.
Develop a cost-reduction approach that goes beyond purchase price, taking into account the total lifecycle costs of products and services.
Master Information Systems and tools applied to procurement and logistics, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data analysis tools.
Understand and apply continuous improvement and Lean methodologies to enhance the performance of logistics processes.
Master advanced negotiation techniques with international suppliers and draft/manage complex procurement contracts while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s degree in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes at ESMAS is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways.

Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
